1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Raid Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this app. If you are under 18, you may only use this app with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Service Description

Raid Alarm is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store that monitors notifications from the Rust+ app and triggers an alarm when an attack notification is received. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The functionality of the App depends ENTIRELY on the Rust+ app. If Rust+ is not installed, is disabled, is removed from the App Stores, stops sending notifications, experiences delays, or if the Rust game servers encounter issues, the App will not work, and we are not responsible for any resulting issues.

3. No Affiliation

Raid Alarm has NO affiliation, partnership, relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship with the Rust game, the Rust+ app, Facepunch Studios Limited, or any related entity. Raid Alarm is an independent application. We use references to "Rust+", "Rust", "Facepunch", and related terms SOLELY for descriptive and explanatory purposes to describe what the app does (fair use). We claim no rights over these trademarks. We are not authorized, endorsed, or associated with Facepunch Studios Limited. If Facepunch Studios Limited objects to our use of these terms, we will comply immediately. Any use of these terms is strictly descriptive and implies no relationship, authorization, or endorsement.

4. External Dependency and Limitations

CRITICAL DEPENDENCY NOTICE: Raid Alarm's functionality is COMPLETELY AND UNCONDITIONALLY DEPENDENT on the Rust+ app and our backend services. The App will NOT WORK in any of the following situations:

You use the App AT YOUR OWN RISK regarding all external dependencies. We have NO CONTROL over the Rust+ app, Rust game servers, or Facepunch Studios Limited, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any issues arising from these external dependencies.

6. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that Raid Alarm will work properly ONLY when ALL of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

If ANY of these conditions are not met, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE that the App will work, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any resulting issues, losses, or damages.

7. Permissions

Raid Alarm requests only the minimum necessary permissions: notification access to monitor alerts from the Rust+ app, battery optimization exemption for background operation, and alarm permission to trigger alarms.

8. Subscription and License Terms

Availability: This app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All purchases are processed through the respective store's payment system.

Subscriptions and Lifetime License: For access to premium features, we offer Weekly and Monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime License. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for purchases made by minors without proper consent. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children's purchases. If a minor makes an unauthorized purchase, contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for refund requests.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store and have no access to your payment card information. Payment information is managed entirely by the App Stores.

Pricing: Prices may vary by country and are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed in the App and the App Stores.

Modification of Service: We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features at any time without prior notice and without refunds. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time due to violation of these Terms or illegal activities.

Service Availability: The App's functionality depends entirely on the Rust+ App. If the Rust+ App is removed from the App Stores, stops working, or stops sending notifications, the App will not work regardless of your license status, and YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to a refund or compensation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests and subscription cancellations are governed ENTIRELY by the standard policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As developers, we do not process, manage, or issue refunds directly.

Under no circumstances will special refund requests be honored by us outside of the standard store policies for reasons including but not limited to:

BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION OR LICENSE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that refunds are solely at the discretion of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You accept ALL RISKS associated with external dependencies, and you agree not to demand refunds from us due to Rust+ issues, Rust game server issues, or external dependency issues.

9. Intellectual Property and Trademark Fair Use

The Raid Alarm app and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights are reserved by us.

Trademark Disclaimer: "Rust+", "Rust", "Facepunch", and related logos, names, and trademarks are the sole property of Facepunch Studios Limited. We are in NO way affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or associated with Facepunch Studios Limited. We use these trademarks SOLELY for identification and descriptive purposes (fair use). We claim no rights over these trademarks. If Facepunch Studios Limited objects to our use, we will comply immediately. See Section 3 for more information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL WORK PROPERLY.

We do not guarantee that the app will always work properly, that third-party services will always be available, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. The functionality of the app depends entirely on the Rust+ app (See Section 4). We make no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, availability, or reliability of the app. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM:

13. Modification of Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. We are not liable for damages resulting from termination.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws based on your location. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction.

16. Team Chat Content Disclaimer

The "Team Chat" feature displays and relays your existing in-game Rust team chat via the Rust+ protocol. All messages in this chat originate on the Rust game server and are shared only with people who are already on your team in-game. This content is governed by Facepunch Studios Limited's own user agreement and community rules; we do not create, host, or permanently store this content, and we have no moderation authority over it. Accordingly, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the content, accuracy, or conduct of any user toward another user through Team Chat. Complaints about an abusive teammate should be directed to Facepunch Studios Limited or Rust's own in-game reporting systems.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or service interruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet infrastructure failures, cloud/hosting provider outages, cyberattacks, or other events outside our reasonable control.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, and our employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
