Raid Alarm collects only the minimum data necessary for the app to function: an anonymized device ID for license validation, specific attack notifications from the Rust+ app, Push Notification Tokens (FCM/APNs), paired Rust Server details (IP/Port), Premium subscription (Weekly/Monthly) and Lifetime license status (processed via Apple App Store and Google Play Billing), and app settings stored locally on your device. Chat messages and server events are processed temporarily to deliver notifications and are not permanently archived. We do not collect personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, biometric data, or payment card information.

3. Processing of Notification Data

We only process specific attack notifications from the Rust+ app, as well as team chat messages and server alerts routed through our backend. Notification data is processed to deliver alerts to your device and is not permanently archived on our servers. We use standard OS notification APIs with your explicit consent. We are not affiliated with the Rust+ app, Facepunch Studios Limited, or any related entity.

4. Permissions

Raid Alarm requests the minimum necessary permissions: notification listener access to monitor Rust+ alerts, push notification permissions to deliver Team Chat and Server updates, background operation exemptions, alarm permissions, and call display (CallKit/Full-Screen Intent) permissions to simulate emergency calls during raids.

Collected data is used solely for operating the alarm system, license validation, and app improvements. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers for their own purposes. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Data Storage and Retention

All notification data, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device. Only purchase information is stored in a secure, encrypted database. Notification data is never transmitted to our servers. Notification history is stored locally until you clear it or uninstall the app. License information is stored indefinitely to validate your premium subscription or lifetime purchase. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app, or request the deletion of purchase data by contacting us.

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data, and our app is completely ad-free. Data sharing is strictly limited to Apple App Store and Google Play Store for payment processing, and secure third-party services (such as Adapty for subscription management and Firebase for crash reporting/push notifications). We use these third-party tools solely to operate our app and track installation performance, which is why we request the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS. However, we do not store your advertising identifier (IDFA) or any personal ad tracking data on our servers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps. We do not share your notification data with any third party. Purchase data may be processed on servers located in secure data centers. All international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard encryption.

We implement technical and organizational security measures, including local encryption, secure communication protocols, encrypted database storage, and restricted access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent regarding your personal data. You have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt-out of sales (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination. Our app is not directed to children under the age of 18 (or 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately. We are not responsible for and accept no liability for purchases made by individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children's use of the app and any purchases. If a minor makes a purchase without proper consent, the parent or guardian must contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for refund requests, as we do not process refunds.

In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable laws and inform affected users without undue delay if there is a high risk to their rights.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance. The last updated date is displayed at the top of this page.
